These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Packaging Suppliers (the “Site”) and any order you place with Packaging Suppliers (“we,” “us,” “our”). By browsing the Site or submitting an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and have the authority to enter into a binding contract, to place an order with us.
Quotes provided via our website, email, or sales representatives are estimates and are not final until confirmed in writing. Before production begins, we will typically provide a digital proof reflecting your artwork, dimensions, and finish. It is your responsibility to carefully review the proof for spelling, color, layout, and dimensional accuracy. Once you approve a proof, you accept full responsibility for its content, and we are not liable for errors that were present in an approved proof.
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed. Full or partial payment, as specified at checkout or in your invoice, is required before production begins. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Orders will not enter production until payment has been received and any required proof has been approved.
Estimated production and delivery times are provided for planning purposes only and are not guaranteed. Custom packaging is manufactured to your specifications after proof approval, and lead times may vary based on order volume, materials, and finishing options.
We offer free standard shipping on orders within the continental United States, unless otherwise stated at checkout or in your invoice. Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed; delays caused by carriers or events outside our control are not our responsibility. Risk of loss or damage passes to you once an order is handed to the shipping carrier.
Because our products are manufactured specifically to your order, cancellation requests can only be accepted before production has started. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled or refunded except as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring that any artwork, logos, or designs you submit do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party. By submitting artwork, you confirm you have the right to use it and grant us permission to reproduce it solely for the purpose of producing your order. All website content — including text, graphics, and design templates created by Packaging Suppliers — remains our property and may not be copied or reused without permission.
You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, submitting fraudulent orders, or using the Site in a way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Packaging Suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or your order, including lost profits or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted to this page, and your continued use of the Site or placement of an order after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
